Did he really just say that?

I heard this on the "Moment of Zen" on The Daily Show tonight and I couldn't believe it. But it's true - I found this article about it - Bill Bennett, Republican hero and former Secretary of Education under Reagan, said...you know what, I can't even type it I'm so repulsed by it. Read the article for yourself. Some people should not be allowed to open their mouths if all they are going to spout are uneducated, hateful things like this.
